Danilo Pérez is one of those young entrepreneurs who decided to specialize in coffees with exotic notes and funky profiles, developed on his farm, La Cabaña with natural processes and prolonged anaerobic fermentations, in this case of 200 hours.
The combination of the Caturra varietal, growing altitude of 1850 M.A.S.L and a natural process, make this exceptional coffee.
*Coffees are roasted every Tuesday. To qualify for Free Delivery Weekend the same week, orders are to be made by 2pm on Friday of the week.
